Reclaims

We want to see You happy and therefore deliver a great quality!

 

Mistakes can always happen though which is why we ask You to fill out below form to let us know and request a reclaim. Such reports (of obvious defects) should be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will then check Your case and get in touch with you immediately.

 

Please note, however, that all books are uniquely produced and reclaims will only be granted in case of valid reasons (see examples below)

Some Valid reasons

  • Printed version is different from the one I ordered
  • Did not receive the book
  • Parts are missing
  • Bad printing quality
  • Faulty workmanship

Likely invalid reasons

  • I actually don't like it any longer
  • Wrong version ordered
  • I received new answers that I want to have added in
  • I forgot to remove duplicate or inaproppriate images
