It takes just about 3-5 minutes to set up your book project and get others invited!

Then, give your co-creators 3-5 days to participate to ensure the book gets filled properly and not rushed (some may want to think about what to write down or look for the perfect picture to upload).

Right now, you can…

• edit the profile page questions
• edit texts (like introduction, book title, last page)
• select layout images for the cover
• add voice messages to the profile page (currently only available online)
• adding own (company-) logos
• change the book color
• add images for photo-pages – single upload or multiple files (batch upload)
• add images for full-size content pages
• edit or delete participant pages
• sort pages and photos

In the near future we want to add options such as…

• changing the font of the text You write
• adding an image to the cover
• select new page types
• adding empty profile pages
• changing the number of question fields

Right now, you can do the following…

• select short or long profile (if activated by the creator)
• answering questions in textform
• add voice messages (currently only available online)
• upload a profile picture (zoom, rotate)
• select a personal Avatar or neutral photo format
• download own Avatar
• change the colour of profile page
• upload other images for photo-pages

In the near future we want to add options such as…

• changing the font of the text you write
• adding stickers
• select new page types

You receive a unique URL for your book project via email once you create a book.

Therefore, please check your email-inbox (sent by info@books4memories.com with the subject “Here is the link to your book project for”).

In case you deleted this email, just visit our recovery page, enter your email address and you will receive an email with all related books.

Books4Memories guarantees different storage durations that are as followed:

• Without verification: after 1 week
• Verified, but no responses: after 1 month
• Responses but not purchased: 3 months after latest 
• Purchased: 5 years

For verified projects with responses you will receive a reminder message one week prior to deletion so that You can decide whether you want to purchase the book so that it doesn’t get deleted.

Please note: In case we have to discontinue our service offer, everyone who had purchased a book will be sent their (online) book as PDF file.

You decide what information you are putting into the book (like which anecdotes you share or which images you upload). 

Note that you can submit without entering your email-address so that it won’t be connected.
