 (1) The B4M services (website and store) can be visited without having to provide personal information. Registration or filling out a contact form is not necessary. When visiting or calling the B4M services, we store a shortened IP address of the computer or mobile device. When storing this visitor data, your IP addresses and domain data in particular are only stored in abbreviated form, so that it is not possible to draw conclusions about the individual visitor. In our server log files, the following information is automatically stored, which your browser transmits to us:

 browser type / version

Operating system used

Referrer URL (the previously visited page)

Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)

Time of the server request

IP address used (if applicable: in anonymized form)

 (2) If you access the B4M Services via mobile devices, please note that location data is regularly transmitted to us. You can usually deactivate the location-based services on your device.

 (3) You have the possibility to create your personal profile at B4M. To create and complete your profile (under construction), you submit personal data and information to B4M, such as your first and last name, company name, contact details and website.

We assure you that all personal and payment-related data will be treated strictly confidential. This allows B4M to process and fulfill your order and keep you informed of your order status. B4M stores a summary of your orders so that you can get an overview of the status of your orders at any time.

 (5) For the purpose of customer satisfaction analysis, we occasionally conduct customer surveys by e-mail or telephone. These are generally anonymous. Your answers in the customer survey are not stored personally but anonymously for statistical analysis. We treat your data in accordance with the provisions of data protection law and take the greatest possible precautions to ensure its security.

 (6) B4M does not store your complete account or credit card data. Payments are made via third-party payment providers (PayPal, Klarna, Stripe). Only the payment providers collect your unabridged account or credit card data and they are also responsible for processing the data towards you.

Use of Facebook social plugins – “Like” or “Share” button.

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are recognizable by one of the Facebook logos (white “f” on blue tile or a “thumbs up” sign) or are marked with the addition Facebook Social Plugin. The list and appearance of Facebook social plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins.

When you call up a web page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge:

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If you are not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook will learn and store your IP address.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php. If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to collect data about you via our website and link it to your membership data stored on Facebook, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example with the “Facebook Blocker”.

By linking your B4M account to the social network Facebook “Facebook Connect”, you expressly agree that B4M has access to the basic user data stored in the Facebook user account, i.e. the data that is publicly visible in the social network www.facebook.com, as well as the e-mail address, and that this data, if necessary, is collected, processed and used by B4M for the purpose of establishing, implementing and processing the user relationship.
