You receive a unique URL for your book project via email once you create a book.
Therefore, please check your email-inbox (sent by info@books4memories.com with the subject “Here is the link to your book project for”).
In case you deleted this email, just visit our recovery page, enter your email address and you will receive an email with all related books.
Books4Memories guarantees different storage durations that are as followed:
For verified projects with responses you will receive a reminder message one week prior to deletion so that You can decide whether you want to purchase the book so that it doesn’t get deleted.
Please note: In case we have to discontinue our service offer, everyone who had purchased a book will be sent their (online) book as PDF file.
You decide what information you are putting into the book (like which anecdotes you share or which images you upload).
Note that you can submit without entering your email-address so that it won’t be connected.
At Books4Memories you can choose one of the following secure payment options:
Yes! Part of the book overview page is a preview of the status. You can check there if all is complete and decide which answers or images you want to edit and exclude (for instance when there are duplicates or inappropriate responses).
No. By clicking on the Button “place order now” you are submitting a legally binding offer. Then, Books4Memories will instantly send an automated confirmation of receipt and acceptance via email. With this email, the purchase will be binding.
Therefore, please ensure that all information entered is correct – and that the book version is ready to be printed. Remember, that you can edit your book in the book overview anytime.
In case the delivered goods have a defect (such as insufficient printing quality, missing pages, etc.), please go to the Reclaim Page and submit a request describing your case. We will then check your case and get in touch with you immediately.
Obvious defects have to be reported immediately within 14 days.
Further, please note that all books are uniquely produced and reclaims will only be granted in case of valid reasons (see some examples on the linked page)
Our books are all in a DinA5 format (vertikal) with the following paper characteristics

Each book is printed individually by a local print shop in Germany.
Printing takes 4-6 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the book format.
We ship within Germany and to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Please contact us if you would like to order a book to a different country.
Premium Shipping: To ensure that every book arrives safely, we ship exclusively with a tracking code
Express Shipping: Not yet available – Expedited shipping with a tracking code
Germany:
Our books are shipped including tracking and priority for which we charge € 4,90.
Europe:
We also ship to other countries within Europe. Shipping comes with shipment tracking.
We have two cost categories:
Category 1 – 6,90 € (Austria, Belgium, Czech, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden)
Category 2 – 14,90 € (Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland)
Germany: Since each book needs to be printed individually, delivery will happen within 8 working days from order.
Europe: Since each book needs to be printed individually, and delivery to another country takes longer, you can expect 2-3 weeks from order to delivery.
So, in case you need the book at a fixed date (e.g. for a party), order early enough!
But in any case, you always have the online sharable version to show as fallback option.
