Verabschieden geht eine gemeinsame Zeit voraus. Und die kann positiv oder aber mit Geschm\u00e4ckle gewesen sein. In jedem Fall macht es das nicht leichter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Und doch geh\u00f6ren Verabschiedungen genauso wie Willkommensfeiern zum (Berufs-)Leben dazu und sind auch mindestens genauso wichtig!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben einem fachlich-sachlich-durchstrukturierten Offboarding (Information der Beteiligten, Exit-Gespr\u00e4ch, usw.) bleibt noch der menschliche Teil: die Verabschiedung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Und die besteht wiederum aus zwei Teilen: Der Abschiedsrede und einem Abschiedsgeschenk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Abschiedsreden halten geh\u00f6rt gewiss nicht zu den absoluten Lieblingsbesch\u00e4ftigungen eines jeden Managers, und zus\u00e4tzlich ist es nichts allt\u00e4gliches. Deshalb haben wir hier ein paar Tipps zusammengetragen, mit denen eine solche Rede gelingt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-collect-information\"><strong>1. Infos sammeln<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Mitarbeiter, die gehen, ist der letzte Tag und die Verabschiedung ein wichtiger Moment. Es ist daher nur angemessen, dass man als F\u00fchrungskraft dies auch entsprechend ernst nimmt. Antworten auf folgende Fragen sind f\u00fcr eine Abschiedsrede hilfreich:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Was sind besonders tolle Erfolge?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was sind besonders sch\u00f6ne Erinnerungen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was hat die Person als n\u00e4chstes geplant?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was zeichnet sie als Menschen aus?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was ist der Person beim Abschied wichtig - oder auch total unangenehm?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls du dir selbst mit der Beantwortung schwer tust, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch Kollegen um Hilfe bitten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Kurz fassen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sei beruhigt, eine Abschiedsrede muss nicht lang sein. An sich sind 5-10 Minuten eine gute Faustregel - und die sind schneller vor\u00fcber als man denkt! Und wenn die Rede keine vollen 5 Minuten umfasst, ist auch niemand b\u00f6se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Anerkennung zeigen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Verabschiedung ist wie eine Laudatio. Es geht darum, mit einem positiven Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr alle die Zusammenarbeit zu beenden. Guten Einstieg finden<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcberlege dir einen netten Einstieg statt der typischen Floskeln wie \u201cWir sind hier heute zusammengekommen\u2026\u201d mit denen du die anderen gleich verlierst. Was deutlich besser greift ist da zum Beispiel ein Zitat, ein kleiner Gag oder etwas Ironie!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Kurz halten beim Lebenslauf<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Informationen zum Lebenslauf lassen sich leicht finden, allerdings langweilen sie auch schnell, besonders der scheidende Kollege. Geh also, wenn \u00fcberhaupt, nur auf die wichtigsten Stationen ein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Mit Anekdoten unterhalten<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei praktisch jedem gibt es eine witzige gemeinsame Geschichte. Beginne mit \u201cWisst ihr noch\u2026\u201d und du hast die volle Aufmerksamkeit! Sei aber auch etwas vorsichtig, was genau du erz\u00e4hlst.
